The Medical Society of the County of Erie is proud to host a special screening of Suck It Up, Buttercup on Wednesday, November 11 at 7:00 PM at The North Park Theatre. The documentary examines the systemic pressures driving physicians out of medicine today, offering a candid look at burnout, administrative burden, and the strain on our healthcare system.

This screening is presented to spark honest conversation about the serious challenges facing medicine today, and to help identify meaningful solutions for physicians, patients, and the broader healthcare community. The views expressed in the film are those of the filmmakers and participants, and do not necessarily reflect the positions of the Medical Society of the County of Erie.

A discussion with the documentary producer and the author of the book that inspired it will follow the screening.
