Our New President: Dr. Robert Armstrong (2021 - 2022)

Dr. Armstrong is a board-certified general surgeon and a partner at Surgical Associates of Western New York, P.C. He performs all aspects of general surgery and specializes in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. He is recognized as an area expert in complex abdominal wall reconstruction and hernia repair. Dr. Armstrong completed his general surgery residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland. He received his medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the Medical Society of the State of New York, the Buffalo Surgical Society, the American Hernia Society, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Surgeons.
