· Certification in CPR and annual re-certification required.
· Knowledge of MIPS, HEDIS requirements preferred
· Excellent attendance, communication, and interpersonal skills a must

The BHCM participates in diagnosis and treatment planning, supports medication management, provides proactive follow-up of treatment response, and alerts team members when the patient is not improving. The BHCM provides education, supports the development of coping skills, and offers brief counseling using motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
